Role Description The Sales and Event Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for promoting POW’s services at events, trade shows, and local activations, engaging directly with prospects and clients to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach, presenting solutions, answering questions, and providing service-focused follow-up to nurture leads. The representative will collaborate with the marketing team to execute event strategies, support sales campaigns, and track performance metrics. The role also involves educating potential clients on POW’s offerings, maintaining professional relationships, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse audiences.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship-building.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including prospecting, presenting, and closing opportunities.
- Experience in Training others on products, services, or brand messaging.
- Background in Sales & Marketing, particularly event marketing or experiential campaigns.
- Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments, multitasking, and managing event logistics.
- Proficiency with basic office and CRM software; experience with marketing or event tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
