Rooted in the historic mid century modern Firestone tire shop in Miracle Mile, All Season Brewing Co. is a drinking place dedicated to good beer, good times, and good folks. Established in 2021, we brew crushable beers in our glass encased 15 barrel brewhouse. Our blurred indoor-outdoor space is designed for the everyday drinker. Even though we're a brewery, we're a bar first. In addition to our beers, we have a full bar including classic & draft cocktails, and wine.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Key Job Focuses
- Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality. First Hello and Last Goodbye to every guest - Know your regulars by name.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents.
- Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements.
- De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally.
- Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed.
- Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management on a nightly incident basis.
- Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company.
- Must have a valid Guard Card
- Able to lift 50lbs up to 200lbs and willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
