Pouring with Heart is currently looking for a new Barback at All Season Brewing Co, Los Angeles. We are excited to find a new team member. Below is a description of the role, give it a read-through, and if you think “Hell yeah!”, we’d love to start a conversation.

• A heartfelt commitment to hospitality
• Be punctual and ready to hustle
• Anticipate bartender’s need so well they think you can read their mind
• Keep glassware stocked, juices fresh and filled, bar tops clean and free of clutter
• Monitoring the floor and keeping the space in tip top shape
• Learning the products, drink recipes, and preparation techniques at your bar
• Seek to build genuine connections with every guest
• Welcome all people into the community and family of your bar
• Always be developing your craft
• Ensuring quality over convenience with every aspect of service
• Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
