ABOUT US
Poured New York hand-crafts eco-luxury candles, reed diffusers, and niche parfum out of our manufacturing facility in Hudson, NY. What started as a small-batch idea turned into an olfactory experience (Poured Candle Bar in Hudson) and is now in 600 wholesale doors nationally, with a growing footprint across Canada - and we're just getting started. If you want to help build something from the ground up, with your fingerprints (figuratively speaking cause we all wear gloves on the production floor) on every product that ships, this is that kind of role.
JOB OVERVIEW
We're hiring a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead to oversee daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. This is a true player-coach role: expect roughly 70% hands-on production work and 30% supervision. You'll be on the production floor every day, working side by side with the team while supervising workflow, quality, and output. You will help produce, pack, and ship candles, perfumes, and reed diffusers while keeping the team focused, organized, and on track to meet daily and weekly production goals.
This is a critical hire for our business as we scale and for the right person with the right experience, we envision this role evolving into a management position taking on additional scope and responsibilities over time.
This position is hourly and non-exempt, and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with New York State labor law.
