We are in the market for an experienced and organized warehouse lead. You will work with a team of talented warehouse operators and clerks. As a lead you will be responsible for scheduling staff, leading training sessions, and reporting issues regarding safety, staffing, and operations to upper management.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the staff in daily operations
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Supervise the receiving and outbound processes to ensure accurate and timely shipments and deliveries.
- Lead and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety compliance to create a secure working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with the Supervisor to allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor and provide guidance to Forklift Operators to optimize their performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and plan accordingly.
- Forklift Certification is required.
- 2 years of relevant experience.

- Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
