Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment using mechanical knowledge and hand tools.
- Follow all FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain compliance during packaging processes.
- Conduct routine inspections of machines, perform preventative maintenance, and address minor repairs promptly.
- Ensure accurate labeling, sealing, and packaging of products according to specifications.
- Maintain detailed logs of production activities, machine performance, and quality checks.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as forklift operation and inventory management to support smooth material flow.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating packaging or manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for machine troubleshooting is preferred.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality assurance protocols.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic assembly skills and mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs or adjustments.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
