Custodian

Responsibilities:

• Preforms routine and preventative maintenance as needed
• Monitor and prioritize assigned work orders to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to the learning environments
• Maintain records and document repairs as required
• Maintain all safety and code requirements set by the state, locally and by the district
• Cleaning duties must be preformed as necessary
• Complete all safety training that is required annually
• Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars, as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to preform job functions
• The ability to preform other duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities (or designess in his/her absence)

Reports to: Building Principal

Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience
