We’re seeking a mid-level HR professional with hands-on experience in HR and payroll to join our team on a part-time contract basis. If you’ve spent the last few years navigating ADP Workforce Now and supporting employees with confidence, this role could be a great fit.
Required Availability:
You must be available during standard business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, even though the role is part-time.
Contract Duration:
This is an ongoing contract position with no defined end date.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be located within 30 minutes of Malvern, PA and able to commute to the office 3 days per week (Wednesdays).
Pay: $25/hour
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of benefits administration experience
- 3 years of payroll experience
- 3 years in human resources overall
- 3 years using ADP Workforce Now
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
What You’ll Do
- Make an impact and contribute to the overall organization goals
- Support the HR team with day to day operations and troubleshoot inquiries from employees.
- Assist with payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Support with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Reconcile benefit invoices and manage billing
- Assist with HR projects and internal communications
- Provide backup support for our HR team as needed
