As the Director of Marketing – Valcom, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy by identifying new market opportunities, strengthening our position across key verticals, and building marketing strategies that drive demand and business growth. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the leadership team, our team is looking for someone who is strategic, commercially minded, and energized by turning market insights into actionable growth initiatives. In this role, you will help define product and vertical strategies across education, healthcare, and industrial and commercial markets, while leading the development and execution of marketing initiatives that expand market presence, generate demand, and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Own marketing strategy end to end — market mapping, segmentation, and value propositions that guide company-level decisions.
- Lead the product marketing lifecycle, from Voice of the Customer insights and new product concepts through go-to-market launch and commercialization.
- Build an integrated demand generation engine spanning digital, e-commerce, advertising, events, and trade shows.
- Own brand development, pricing strategy, and marketing communications.
- Partner with the President on annual strategic planning and help shape our employee-ownership culture.
- Attract, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones.
