Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our Woodbridge, VA office as a Medical Front Desk. In this role, you'll support a collaborative environment by assisting both patients and providers in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, scheduling, and phone inquiries.
- Assist in surgical scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Serve as a reliable liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical front desk or surgical assistant role, 1 year preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and strong computer/phone communication skills.
- Ethical, dependable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Team-oriented, time-management skills, and detail-focused.
