Cashier / Receptionist – Service Department

Malloy Toyota is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Assist customers with basic service-related questions
• Process customer payments and cashier transactions
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
• Utilize the Reynolds and Reynolds dealership management system
• Support the office team with various administrative tasks
• Shuttle customers as needed
• Light cleaning of rental vehicles as they return.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with light cleaning
• Work as part of a team to help ensure the Service Department operates efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous receptionist, cashier, customer service, or office experience is preferred, but not required
