The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and functional.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various pieces of equipment, ie change fluids and filters on small generators.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs.
- Perform basic carpentry or carpentry repair needs.
- Perform basic welding tasks for structural repairs.
- Perform basic powerwashing needs.
- Carry out facilities maintenance tasks.
- Hang Christmas lights.
- Park Cars.
Skills
- Proficient in mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance.
- Familiarity with general repairs related to maintaining any office building.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
