Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate infant teacher aide to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff through effective communication.
- Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and assistance in areas of need.
- Utilize ACSI principles to create an enriching learning experience that encourages exploration and curiosity.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and provide feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance classroom management techniques.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
- MUST HAVE 45 DCF hours completed plus safe sleep course completed
- Experience required-pay is also based on experience/education
- Shift will be 8:30am-5pm, must be able to work this shift everyday Monday- Friday
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for education and commitment to fostering student growth in literacy education.
