Position Title: Records Management Clerk
Division: Potawatomi Training
Location: Anniston, AL

Employment Class: Full Time- Regular
Position Summary
The Records Management Clerk is responsible for electronically archiving records pertaining to all training conducted, as well as other records required by the Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and scan documents with optical scanner into archive databases
Identify missing or incomplete documents, and retrieve as needed
Assist with archive record tracking system
Participate in the rotation of In-Processing and Graduations as needed
Collect and transport hard copies of student documents from other buildings
Complete data entry into the CDP Training Administration System (CTAS) for all training programs, and maintain files generated for all training programs
Generate data reports compiled by the CTAS
Package and transport documents to Center for Domestic Preparedness (CDP) vault records as completed
Other duties as assigned
Education, Certification & Experience Requirements
High school graduate or GED equivalent required
Working knowledge and experience in computer software applications to include word processing, database, and spreadsheet (i.e., Word, Excel, and Access)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Must possess and exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills
Must work occasional weekends and flexible hours if needed
