WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Supervise and support crew members throughout your shift
- Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and drawer reconciliation
- Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Coach crew members and help train new hires
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Uphold food-safety and workplace-safety compliance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6 months of QSR or customer-service experience preferred (or strong crew performance)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic shift reporting
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler certification a plus (or willing to obtain)
