- Operational Execution: Implement corporate strategies, workflows, and policies to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise staff or subordinate managers, handling scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Performance & KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and efficiency metrics.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare regular operational and financial reports, assisting with forecasting and budget or P&L (profit and loss) management.
- Compliance & Problem Solving: Ensure adherence to local, state, or federal regulations, company policies, and safety standards while resolving escalated operational issues.
