Provide accurate and detailed information about our dealership's inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability.
Build rapport and establish trust with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
Guide customers through the online sales process, including scheduling test drives, arranging financing, and facilitating vehicle purchases.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and follow up with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text, email or in person)

Qualifications:
