Bilingual Sales Representative

What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers — in English and Spanish — as they explore our new and pre-owned Hyundai inventory
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, answering questions about features, pricing, and financing
- Conduct test drives and product walk-arounds that highlight vehicle features and benefits
- Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Work with our finance team to structure deals that work for the customer and the dealership
- Stay current on Hyundai models, promotions, and the competitive market
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Previous sales experience is required
