Duties

- Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify any issues or safety hazards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.
- Support team members in meeting production targets and quality standards.
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Document production activities accurately and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery related to aluminum extrusion processes.
