The non-CDL box truck driver will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of no more than 26,000 pounds. He/she will operate company equipment in a safe and efficient manner to minimize the risk of injury and equipment damage. The non-CDL Driver must have the ability to effectively engage with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.

The non-CDL Driver must have the ability to effectively engage with clients to ensure that their expectations are met.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Safely operating a 26’ box truck with a lift gate
- Loading and unloading company products.
- Compiling accurate delivery records and reports.
- Reporting all delivery-related problems to senior staff.
- Unload the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
- Obtaining appropriate signatures upon product delivery.
- Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to.
- General warehouse duties.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Proven experience working in warehousing, manufacturing, or production.
- Proven customer service experience is preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting in a truck while in traffic or standing while loading/unloading the truck.
- Must be able to lift 30 - 50 pounds at a time.
- Ability to handle physical workload, loading, unloading, pushing, pulling, stretching and bending.
- Must be available to work an extended work week.
- Must be available to work weekends or on-call when required.
