Key Responsibilities:
● Plumbing Repairs & Troubleshooting: Faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and pipe work.
● General Repairs & Carpentry: Drywall, locks, doors, windows, and cabinets.
● Appliance & Electrical Work: Minor electrical, appliance repair, flooring, painting, and light HVAC (non-licensed).
● Unit Turnovers & Preventive Maintenance: Repaints and routine maintenance.
● Emergency Response: Participate in a rotating after-hours schedule to respond to urgent maintenance needs.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with property managers, fellow technicians, vendors, and residents to solve problems efficiently and maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in property maintenance with strong plumbing and HVAC experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead for extended periods.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license required.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA.
