What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance Technician position at Enola Management?
Job Requirements:
- Must have your own truck or a van, that can haul 4X8 sheet material.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Who we are:
Enola Property Management is a privately owned property management company. We have been business for over 35 years, providing quality rental units to our renters in the Pittsburgh market. There are a total of 6 Rental Properties (mostly located in the South Hills area - Whitehall, Brentwood, Carnegie, Mount Oliver, Moon Township).
Job Duties:
- Preparing vacant apartments for new renters.
- Skilled in Flooring, Painting, Drywall, Windows, Doors, minor Roofing.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures outside like landscaping, snow removal, and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.)
