Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Dover. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands-on therapy designed to help residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and achieve greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
- Carry out individualized treatment plans and support established rehabilitation goals
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
- Reinforce therapeutic exercises, safe movement, and mobility techniques
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team

Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire PTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply
