Post Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This is a strong opportunity for a new graduate looking to build clinical experience in a supportive setting while working with residents on communication, cognition, and swallowing goals.
What You'll Do:
- Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations with supervision and mentorship
- Provide individualized treatment based on resident needs and therapy goals
- Work with residents on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families regarding care planning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
