We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating and coordinating the scheduling of therapy appointments as well as educating clients families about resources that facilitate client's ability to attend therapy in order to gain optimal function.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Native Spanish Speaker would be helpful
- Excellent communication skills, must love to talk on the phone
- Seeking candidates with a team mentality and community-focused approach
- Strong computer skills
