Core Responsibilities
- Aggressively prospect new B2B customers via cold outreach and warm leads
- Convert opportunities into long-term customers
- Build and manage a growing book of business
- Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
- Collaborate with the sales team while competing for top performance
- Attend trade shows and customer outreach events
- Travel occasionally, including limited overnight or weekend travel
Who We're Looking For
- 3 years of proven B2B sales experience
- A documented track record of hitting or beating quotas
- Comfort with cold calling and objection handling
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High personal standards and internal accountability
- Competitive mindset without ego fragility
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- In-person role based in Farmington Hills, MI
- Ability to travel up to 10 percent
- Strong written & verbal English communication skills
