Core Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect new B2B customers via cold outreach and warm leads
  • Convert opportunities into long-term customers
  • Build and manage a growing book of business
  • Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the sales team while competing for top performance
  • Attend trade shows and customer outreach events
  • Travel occasionally, including limited overnight or weekend travel

Who We're Looking For

  • 3 years of proven B2B sales experience
  • A documented track record of hitting or beating quotas
  • Comfort with cold calling and objection handling
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • High personal standards and internal accountability
  • Competitive mindset without ego fragility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • In-person role based in Farmington Hills, MI
  • Ability to travel up to 10 percent
  • Strong written & verbal English communication skills
