As the Demand & Supply Planning Process Excellence & Business Integration Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our planning capabilities scale, especially as we grow through mergers and acquisitions.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process, and execution. You’ll help define how we standardize, document, and continuously improve demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling processes, while also leading critical integration work that ensures newly acquired businesses are set up for long‑term success. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency, unlock synergies, and embed a strong process‑driven culture across PCB.
This role is Hybrid in Lakeville, MN - Onsite 3 days a week, Remote 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion and operationalize business process management methodologies across demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling.
- Lead process excellence workstreams for mergers & acquisitions, including current‑state assessment, future‑state design, gap analysis, and operating model definition.
- Quickly assess differences between PCB and acquired company processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, system rationalization, and synergy realization.
- Develop, socialize, and maintain clear process documentation, narratives, and maps to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Partner with functional process owners to uncover inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support change initiatives.
- Serve as a core member of M&A integration teams, aligning closely with Business and IT leaders to ensure timely, successful integrations.
- Support system installations and replacements by ensuring business processes and technology are tightly integrated.
- Drive continuous improvement using metrics and business insights to reduce cost, enable growth, and deliver measurable results.
- Lead without direct authority, challenging the status quo, influencing stakeholders, and guiding teams through change.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in process management, project management, operations, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience supporting mergers and acquisitions in a business‑led role strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing processes within large, complex systems environments.
- Strong expertise in demand and supply planning processes, including integrated business planning, inventory management, co‑manufacturing, and production scheduling.
- End‑to‑end understanding of how systems and technology enable business processes.
- Proven analytical and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Ability to identify gaps, evaluate trade‑offs, and make fact‑based recommendations.
- Strong cross‑functional business acumen and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Process‑driven, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently with limited direction.
