What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Business Analyst (Local to MN only) position at On-Demand Group?
On-Demand Group is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 5 years of experience working within the healthcare industry. This is a contract engagement, anticipated to run through the end of the year. Candidates must be local to Minnesota and open to working onsite 3 days/week.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:
- Minimum 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst within the healthcare payer industry
- Health Insurance experience specific to payer, Claims Migration, Accounting/Ledger, Government Medicare and Commercial.
- Ability to conduct focused interviews, identify business process improvement opportunities, document and prioritize requirements, manage scope, focus on business value, and provide supporting visual documentation.
- Industry knowledge of tools, techniques and industry best-practices for performing data analysis, business process flows and supporting documentation.
- Communication (written/verbal) and organizational skills that support an advanced ability to partner effectively with various levels of management and gain cross-functional support.
- Experience working on an SAFe/Agile scrum team
- Tech savvy, ability to run SQL queries.
- Strong testing experience
The projected hour range for this position is $60 to $70.
