What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pilates Studio Front Desk Staff position at Positive Vibes Pilates?
We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and positive team members to join Positive Vibes Pilates (PVPT) at our Waterford location.
We are looking for weekday availability. Some weekend or rotating weekend shifts may be necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, check them in/out quickly and accurately
- Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
- Promote the studio to walk-in prospects
- Conduct sales pitches (in-studio & over the phone)
- Make membership sales
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and patience
- Perform light cleaning (trash, wiping surfaces, etc.)
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- CPR certification (must be certified, or willing to be certified)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Fluent English – strong written & verbal communication
Schedule:
- Weekday Evenings or Mornings
- Some Weekends
