Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Evidence-Based Psychotherapy: Deliver high-quality individual and family therapy, tailoring techniques to address a wide array of mental health challenges for diverse populations.
• Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Care: Perform assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Maintain Clinical Excellence: Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments) in accordance with state and agency guidelines.
• Participate in Mentorship: Actively engage in weekly clinical supervision and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused team environment.

Requirements:

• Valid and Current NJ License: Must hold an active LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Educational Foundation: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong Clinical Core: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong rapport and a safe therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Ethical Commitment: Reliable with unwavering dedication to ethical practices and strict adherence to client confidentiality regulations.
• Flexible Availability: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, with opportunities for evening and/or weekend hours to meet client needs.

Job Types: Full-time (35 or 40 hours)

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year

Schedule: Hybrid (a few days a week in office and rest can be remote; a few evenings and/or Saturday are highly preferred)

Location: Manalapan, NJ (Hybrid/Remote options available)
