Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in San Dimas, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing and implementing behavior intervention plans, analyzing data, monitoring progress, and providing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and parents. The BCBA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and ethical delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience with Behavior Management strategies and techniques
- Strong skills in Parent Education and collaboration
- Background or knowledge in Psychology
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with data collection systems and analysis tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel to client locations
