We advocate for our clients by providing quality support with trained staff, and by assisting families that may be overwhelmed by the challenges of raising a child with developmental delays.

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
- Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
- Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
- Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Active BCBA certification (required).
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
- Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
