Positive Beginnings, a warm and inclusive preschool dedicated to supporting young learners, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Spanish & Monolingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team.
About the Role:
As a member of our clinical team, you’ll provide high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children, support IEP goals, and collaborate with educators and families to foster meaningful communication growth in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children, including bilingual assessments and individualized treatment plans
· Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support communication goals
· Maintain documentation in compliance with NYS regulations and IEP goals
· Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and family consultations
· Foster a warm, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment
Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
· NY State licensure and TSSLD/TSHH certification required
· Bilingual Extension in Spanish
· Experience in preschool or early childhood settings is a plus
· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
