We are seeking a Full-Time HR Clerical Administrator to support our HR operations by handling administrative tasks, employee records, and HR software management. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with HR administrative functions in a remote environment.Job Responsibilities:General HR Administrative Tasks:Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring all required documents are collected and filed.Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR (HR software).Process and track employment verification requests and other HR-related documentation.Submit employee background clearance requests via online clearance portals.Onboarding Tasks:Coordinate all pre-employment onboarding steps, ensuring new hires receive required documents, instructions, and orientation details in a timely manner.Prepare onboarding packets, offer letters, and welcome communications while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all materials.Collect, verify, and file all onboarding documentation, including clearances, W-4 forms, employee information, direct deposit information, and certifications.Set up new hire profiles in BambooHR and other internal systems, ensuring complete and accurate data entry.Schedule required orientations, HR meetings, and training sessions, and follow up with new hires to confirm completion of assigned tasks.Collaborate with internal departments (HR, payroll, operations, clinical team) to ensure a smooth and seamless onboarding experience.Monitor onboarding progress, track outstanding items, and escalate delays or compliance concerns to HR leadership as needed.Offboarding Task:Coordinate offboarding procedures by preparing separation documents, collecting company property, and ensuring final paperwork is completed accurately.Process resignations and terminations in BambooHR and other internal systems, maintaining organized and compliant employee files.Schedule exit interviews and assist with gathering final feedback, documentation, and clearance confirmations.Communicate with payroll and HR leadership to ensure proper processing of final pay, benefits adjustments, and system deactivation.Maintain records of offboarding activity and ensure all steps are completed according to company policy and state requirements.Recruitment Tasks:Assist with the full recruitment cycle by coordinating job postings, reviewing incoming applications, and maintaining organized candidate pipelines.Schedule and conduct phone screenings, schedule panel interviews, and follow-up meetings while ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Prepare and send candidate correspondence, including interview confirmations, pre-employment instructions, and status updates.Track candidate progress in applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate hiring records for compliance and reporting purposes.Collaborate with HR leadership to support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and outreach initiatives to attract qualified applicants.Ensure all recruitment documentationincluding resumes, interview notes, and hiring formsis stored appropriately and in alignment with company policies.Compliance & Record-Keeping:Ensure all employee records remain organized and up to date according to company policies and legal compliance.Maintain confidentiality and security of all HR-related information.Assist in preparing compliance reports and HR audits as needed.Employee Support & Communication:Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits in a timely manner.Assist in drafting and distributing HR-related memos, emails, and company announcements including policy updates.Coordinate virtual HR meetings and training sessions as needed.Employee Performance Duties:Maintain and support gathering performance evaluation records, ensuring all forms, goals, and documentation are accurately filed and easily accessible.Support HR and clinical supervisors by preparing performance-related reports, summaries, and data as requested.Schedule and conduct performance check-ins, corrective action meetings, and follow-up sessions, ensuring timely communication with employees.Monitor progress on employee goals, PIPs, and other performance improvement plans, and update trackers to keep HR leadership informed.HR Software & Technology (BambooHR):Enter, update, and maintain employee profiles, documents, and records in BambooHR.Generate reports from BambooHR to assist with HR decision-making and compliance tracking.Utilize BambooHR to track performance reviews, training completion, and HR workflows.Set up automated messages to employees (e.g., birthdays, work anniversaries)Qualifications:1 years of administrative experience, preferably in a remote setting.1 years of HR administrative experience preferred.Familiarity with BambooHR or other HRIS software (training can be provided).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.Experience in the ABA or healthcare field is a plus but not required.Schedule & Work Environment:Full-time position with a flexible schedule (25 hours per week), with opportunities for continued growth and advancement within
