About the Role
We're hiring a Customer Experience & Warehouse Coordinator to manage customer service across our e-commerce and marketplace channels, while supporting day-to-day operations in our warehouse. This role starts part-time (30 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the business grows and based on performance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (6 hours/day, 30 hours/week)
Location: Dania Beach, FL (on-site)
Environment: Casual, relaxed office/warehouse setting
What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to customer service inquiries through our Shopify store
- Handle customer service across all marketplace portals (Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Best Buy, JCPenney, Meijer, and others)
- Process customer returns and set them up accurately in our warehouse management system
- Repackage products as needed to prepare for resale or reshipment
- Oversee product Q&A on our website and respond to customer reviews to help maintain a high caliber customer experience
- Support warehouse administrative tasks, including ordering supplies
- Jump in on other projects and tasks as needed — no two days look exactly the same
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
- Comfortable taking direction, but just as comfortable figuring things out independently when direction isn't spelled out
- Solid working knowledge of Excel (you'll use it often)
- Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a warehouse setting is a plus, but we're more interested in the right attitude and work ethic than a specific resume checklist
- Experience with Shopify and/or Mirakl marketplace platforms is a plus
- This is a great fit for someone looking for a role with room to grow — strong performers will have the opportunity to move into full-time
Experience:
- Shopify / Mirakl: 1 year (Preferred)
- Excel: 3 years (Preferred)
