Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CNC Machinist/Programmer role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The CNC Machinist/Programmer is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components for aircraft. Specific tasks include interpreting technical drawings, performing machining and milling operations, inspecting finished products for quality compliance, and maintaining machinery in optimal working condition. The role requires close attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and active collaboration with the production team.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining processes
- Experience in Milling operations and use of related tools
- Competence in Quality Control to ensure production standards are met
- Knowledge of Machinery maintenance and safe work practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the aerospace industry or with aircraft components is a plus
- High school diploma or GED; trade school or relevant certification in CNC machining is preferred
