Job Summary
Poseidon Marine is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team in the field, handling multiple aspects of receiving and shipping parts, assuring techs are properly prepared, and responding in the field to coordinate supplies as needed. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong knowledge of vessels/boats and parts.
Duties
- Provide exceptional support in daily field operations, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage parts/supply orders and inventories.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Communicate with field and lead techs to assure the teams is prepared.
- Support parts management tasks including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
- In-field delivered and coordinate supply deliveries.
- Source and order marine related parts.
Requirements
- Must have strong knowledge of vessels and parts.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
