Posch Builders is a design-build residential construction company serving the Stillwater area for over 18 years. We specialize in Renovations which include whole house remodels, additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior transformations as well as Custom Home Builds.
Our reputation is built on Integrity, Communication, and Craftsmanship We are growing and looking for a Lead Carpenter who wants to help elevate our field operations and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
This is not a production framing job. This is high-quality residential work where details matter and leadership matters more.
Position Overview
The Lead Carpenter is responsible for managing jobsite execution, maintaining quality standards, leading crew members, coordinating subcontractors, and representing Posch Builders with professionalism in and around clients’ homes.
You will be the point person in the field.
Responsibilities
· Lead residential remodeling and custom home projects from start to finish
· Perform and oversee framing and installation work
· Manage daily jobsite workflow and schedule
· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
· Communicate clearly with clients and the office team
· Ensure projects meet quality and timeline expectations
· Identify and solve problems before they become setbacks
Qualifications
· 7 years of residential carpentry experience
· Proven leadership experience on active jobsites
· Strong knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling practices
· Ability to read and interpret plans
· High attention to detail
· Strong communication and professionalism
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
