Lead Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be able to lead a team effectively. This role requires expertise in construction techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

Duties

• Oversee and coordinate carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
• Perform construction tasks including but not limited to:
• - Demo - Framing - Siding - Window Install - Deck Framing - Interior Trim - Cabinet installation - Remodeling projects
• Restore and build structures according to specifications and blueprints.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors regarding project progress and any issues that arise.Qualifications
• Proven experience as a carpenter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in construction painting techniques is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.
