This is a physically active, field-based operations role. You will be in and out of multiple homes daily. You will work weekends and holidays. You will solve problems independently. If you are looking for a casual, flexible coastal job, this is not the right fit.
We are looking for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working without supervision.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Conducting structured property inspections and documenting findings accurately
- Identifying maintenance, safety, and quality issues before guests arrive
- Performing light maintenance and operational fixes on-site
- Delivering and organizing supplies across multiple homes daily
- Responding in person to urgent guest issues when required
- Coordinating directly with vendors and holding them accountable to timelines
- Managing a dynamic daily schedule and adjusting priorities in real time
- Completing all documentation and task updates accurately and on time
This role requires urgency, ownership, and strong execution. Missed details impact guest reviews, owner trust, and revenue.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, facilities, maintenance, hospitality operations, or a comparable field role
- Proven history of reliability and attendance in prior roles
- Comfortable working independently without constant direction
- Able to lift 40 pounds and move supplies regularly
- Reliable personal vehicle with space for supply transport (travel across four market locations required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Smartphone required for mobile apps, digital task management, and field communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Weekend and holiday availability during peak season
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
