Job Summary
Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented E-commerce Customer Experience Representative to support our Bake at Home guests through phone, email, and chat.
What You’ll Do
- Support guests through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels
- Assist with orders, shipping questions, refunds, replacements, and product inquiries
- Resolve escalated guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Process order edits and collaborate with internal teams for updates
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and online feedback
- Support corporate and gifting orders
- Maintain accurate records and daily reporting
- Assist with additional projects, responsibilities, and other duties as assigned to support business and guest experience needs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and digital platforms
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, ShipStation, or similar systems is preferred
