Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Scarborough, ME. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks on petroleum equipment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and conducting field service visits to client locations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment to ensure optimal operation and delivering excellent customer service during all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of equipment and systems
• Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Experience in conducting Field Service and working on-site at client facilities
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide professional and effective support
• Familiarity with industry-related tools, safety standards, and protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification is a plus
