Foremen are provided with a work-truck for the benefit of the crew's efficient operation.
Safety is the Priority; unsafe practices will not be tolerated. Baker Underground maintains the highest regard for the same return of each employee to their family each night. The misuse or lack of proper shoring to maintain a safe work environment has, and will continue, to result in the termination of employees. All applicants are expected to have familiarity, if not recent training as a competent person for excavation safety and confined space in construction.
Work starts at 7:00am on job sites daily Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday work. Physical endurance in dirty, outdoor conditions with all types of weather is required. All operators are also utility workers, equipment operation is not guaranteed for any employee. Typical workweek is 45-50 hours.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
