Ecommerce Sales Coordinator

Location: Portland, OR office - hybrid schedule (after training has been completed)

Portland Leather is currently seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Sales Coordinator to help our creative team execute a range of new promotions with our quickly expanding company.

We are looking for an Ecommerce Sales Coordinator who is passionate about digital customer experiences, SEO, and VERY detailed in their work. You will work directly with our creative team and marketing team to help with website product updates, website marketing integration, product management, testing, reporting, inventory and boldly help us push our well-loved products out into the marketplace. We’re looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual with an eye for detail who can make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Promotions: Collaborates with the marketing team to implement all promotional sales and campaigns across the website and mobile app, ensuring consistent messaging and offer synchronization.
• Multi-Platform Product Launches: Works with the logistics and product teams to coordinate the end-to-end launch of new products and variants, managing the simultaneous rollout on both web and app storefronts.
• Technical Operations: Leverages a wide range of Shopify applications and app-builder integrations to enhance functionality and performance across all digital touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinates with marketing, graphic design, and photography teams to gather and optimize assets specifically tailored for both desktop and mobile app interfaces.
• Reporting & Communication: Provides regular updates to management on progress and challenges; submits comprehensive sales performance data for both web and app channels.
• Digital Merchandising: Manages product and collection merchandising across all platforms, adjusting visibility based on inventory levels, sales rates, and platform-specific user behavior. Constantly evaluates information for accuracy and audits the user experience daily on both web and mobile. 
• Platform Management: Enhances the homepage and app landing screens with brand stories, aligns content with the creative calendar, and promptly addresses technical issues on either platform.

• Experience managing an e-commerce storefront or similar website
• Understand Shopify Themes and Back-end
