What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH THE WEDGE position at PORTLAND GOLF CLUB?
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available, flexible schedule; but must be available weekends, mornings, days. A full-time position includes insurance, paid leave, and additional benefits.
Reports to: F&B Service Manager, Event Coordinator and Clubhouse Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and serving members food and drink from our cafe (The Wedge).
- Stocking product and maintaining cleanliness in the Wedge, outdoor patio space, and kitchen.
- Maintaining the Espresso Machine and preparing basic Espresso drinks.
- Place daily food orders from the kitchen based on business and club events.
- Bartending.
- Organize dry storage room.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Service first attitude.
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Current food handlers’ card and OLCC permit (required if hired)
- Must be 21
