Bon Crème Cake & Coffee is currently hiring experienced barista to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience
- Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers with warmth and attentiveness
- Discuss beverage and foot items, make suggestions and answer any inquires
- Maintain cleaniiness of cafe
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with coworkers and manager
- Multi tasking
- Detail oriented
- Long term standing / Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Effective problem solving / Decision making abilities
Shift Schedule
- 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- 5 days per week, must be available for at least 2 days between Friday and Sunday
Pay
- Pay rate starts at $16.30 and increases to $17 when bar certified
