As an Insurance Claims Specialist on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:
- Fostering positive relationships and trust with local agents and insurance vendors
- Reviewing and investigating claim submissions
- Resolving claims issues through insurance companies, networks, customers, and stores
- Maintaining details notes to track status and record of all claims submissions

(Required qualifications)
- Previous experience in insurance strongly preferred; strong customer service/admin experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and related computer programs
- Strong phone etiquette
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test, per applicable state laws.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
