As a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative on the Portland Glass team, a typical day for you will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone
• Making outside calls to generate leads/follow up on lead inquires
• Following up on job estimates and quotes with customers
• Admin duties such as: Scheduling glass installations, placing orders, receiving product, confirming appointments, collecting payments, invoicing, communicating with insurance companies, etc.

(Required qualifications)

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service within an office/shop setting is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test per applicable state laws
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Physical requirements: Must be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds
