Job Summary
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 6:00am to 2:30 pm
- Location: 16800 SE Evelyn St, Clackamas, OR 97015
- 3 weeks PTO to start
- Plus 9 floating holidays each year!
An Inventory Rotation Specialist is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity through cycle counting, reconciliation and research processes.
They utilize a variety of forklifts to safely receive, store, move and rotate materials both physically in the warehouse and in the ERP system, ensuring location and quantity on hand accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive different styles of forklifts. Inspect the forklift before initial use. Fill and maintain all propane tanks and accessories.
- Use forklifts to rotate inventory in the warehouse, observing FEFO and FIFO
- Champion for inventory accuracy at PBC.
- Gather reporting information from the ERP system to make informed decisions regarding inventory actions.
- Assist in monitoring on hand inventory through a cycle counting process.
- Reconcile counts against ERP, research and resolve inaccuracies.
- Investigate and analyzesroot cause issues that cause inventory inaccuracies.
- Physically examine materials, verifying conformance to specifications.
- Maintain manual and / or computerized records to track and control movement of materials and ingredients.
- Pull and stage items as needed for production
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- 1 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment required
- 1 years of experience operating a forklift
- Become forklift certified upon hire
- Prior ERP experience, PLEX preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong basic math skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
