We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team of professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Sales Representative, you’ll primarily field inbound calls and emails from our established customer base, assisting with quotes, orders, and product inquiries. The role blends sales, customer service, estimating, and purchasing, with the opportunity to use a consultative sales approach to deliver exceptional results.
While most work is inbound, there will be opportunities to prospect during slower periods, and travel is minimal.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email from contractors, fabricators, and distributors
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates using fundamental math and technical data
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Develop strong customer relationships through consultative, solution-oriented communication
- Learn and apply technical fastener specifications and drawings.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills
